ODE simulates magnetic hysteresis but fails to find consistent initial values

Hi
During my test of COMSOL 5.2, I have confronted with a problem when simulating the hysteresis effect using ODE.
I am now simulating the hysteresis effect of actuator based on a smart magnetic material named 'magnetostrictive material', the magnetic field within the device is provided by a multi-turn coil as well as a series of permanent magnets (the coil for exciting field and magnets for bias field). this hysteresis simulation is motivated by a demo application available on your website named 'Vector Hysteresis Modeling (ID: 20671)’, actually, I just followed the instruction of this demo to build my own model.
but when I conducted a time dependent study on my model, an error pops out saying 'Failed to find consistent initial values. Last time step is not converged.' I just set the initial value of ODE interface as the bias field distribution along the magnetostrictive bar provided by permanent magnets, so I cannot figure out why the initial value is inappropriate.
Both my model and the demo application I followed are attached with this email for your reviewing.
Could you please do me a favor and shine your light upon my confusion?
Best regard
