Impedance of Higher Harmonics

when I build a model using the Electroanalysis module and the AC Impedance Stationary study, I can get the impedance of the fundamental frequency using the elan.Zvsgrnd_els1 formula.
In case of a non-linear current response (for example Butler-Volmer with higher AC amplitudes) the current response is comprised of not only the fundamental frequency, but also of currents with harmonic frequencies (3w, 5w, ...).
I cannot find the definition of elan.Zvsgrnd_els1 anywhere in the Equation View, even though I am sure I have seen it before somewhere.
Is there a way to calculate the higher harmonic impedances? You basically just have to adjust the Fourier Analysis to extract the harmonic frequency instead of the fundamental, but I don't know how to implement this.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
