Postbuckling Analysis of a Hinged Cylindrical Shell

The model studied is a benchmark problem involving a hinged cylindrical panel subjected to a point load at its center. A linear buckling analysis predicts the critical buckling load. However, such an analysis does not provide information about the structural response at loads above the critical load. Tracing the solution beyond the critical load is known as a postbuckling analysis. This model uses the Shell interface.
