gas/solid reaction in porous medium with flow, heat and mass transfer

I am a beginner of COMSOL. I am doing a simulation about gas/solid reaction. The solid domain can be regarded as porous medium with porosity and grain size known. The fluid flows over the surface of the solid and the reacting gas penetrates into the bulk volume of the solid where they react. The problem is challenging because the porosity will change as the reaction proceeds.
Any one knows how to carry out this simulation?
