Eigenmode Analysis of a damped room -how?

I have used the Eigenmode Analysis for sound hard rooms, but is it possible to correctly simulate the Eigenmodes of a damped room? I have not found a any information on Eigenmode Analysis in combination with Absorptive boundaries, so I wonder if this is feasable.
I'm thankful for any further information on this topic!
