Forchheimer flow

I am trying to solve Forchheimer or Ergun flow eqn. by applying the prodecure in Earth science module model library document for 3.5a, but I can not solve the problem with giving boundary conditions. I can not decide which boundary type and BC I must select for the boundary at the interface between free flow and porous media.
