How to transform permittivity tensor to index tensor？

Hii everyone,
Recently I am working on the RF mode analysis，I need to set a anisotropy material.However without the conductivity，I have to input the index tensor.So how can i get a index tensor tensor from a permittivity tensor,is there any matrix transfomation in comsol?

Why not input permittivity tensor directly? Both index and permittivity are supported.
