Integrated circuit simulation in COMSOL Multiphysics

Hi All,

I want to simulate integrated circuit (IC) that also contain MOSFETs into COMSOL. Regarding this I have following queries:

1) The IC is designed for radio frequency (RF) range. So, for the simulation should I choose Semiconductor and RF module together for the simulation i.e., multiphysics model that contains both these modules because I also want to check IC response with respect to different frequencies.

2) Can Semiconductor module simulate metal layers?
