How can i model semiconductor and its packaging in Comsol using CAD and test under electrical, mechnical and thermal aspect.

Hello gentle ladies and gentlemen,

I'm just a beginner of COMSOL. In my Msc Thesis work, i have to model semiconductor Modules and have to simulate in multipule aspects. Could you please help me by give some guidance and reference that i can start modelling.
