mass matrix is zero error

I built a optical fiber model and want to analyse mode. I built this model in RF model with "boundary mode analysis". Want to pass a wavelength of 0.6328 micrometer wavelength.

During study error is: "the mass matrix is zero"

how this error can be removed?
