Giving inputs to Bezier Polygon

I am using Comsol 5.2a.I have created a pipe like structure by drawing quadratic lines and circles.Then i did the sweep fuction.After doing this, i have got the structure which is showed in the attached file.Now my question is that,how can i give inputs like height,width to this structure?
