Rainfall Infiltration boundary condition

I am modeling the movement of groundwater in an area in rainy season, and have got a problem regarding defining the land surface's boundary condition. Because the rainfall amount in this area is considerably high, so need to be taken into account. At present, I already collected data on hourly precipitation and infiltration rate, but don't know how to transfer these data into COMSOL. Could anyone help? Thanks.
