How to solve the higher order PDE containing mixed derivatives?

How to solve the following time dependent higher order mixed PDE ? (See attachment)

rho u''(tt) = A u''(xx) - 3 B (u'(x))^2 u''(xx) + 5 C (u'(x))^4 u''(xx) + eta u'''(xxt)

for the function u(x,t). Here x is space dimension and t is time.

The coefficients rho, A, B, C and eta are constants.
