Improve convergence in eigenvalueproblem

Hi everybody.

Im trying to solve the Schrodinger equation for some structure in comsol 3.5a with matlab. My problem is that it does not seem that the eigenvalues are completely converging. Does somebody know of something i can do to fix this, or maybe just improve it? It's probably me who cant find it in the documentation, some simple convergence criteria to change :/. I will be grateful for your help.

ps. I've attached an image of the first 20 eigenvalues (in eV) as a function of their eigenvalue number (x-axis). The structure is very simple right now so it cannot be the case that this is just what the eigenspectrum looks like.
