heat transfer during induced slug flow in partially filled pipe

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

I am trying to simulate heat transfer during highly turbulent induced slug flow in a half filled pipe line. I have coupled the Turbulent Multiphase flow - phase field physics with the non-isothermal flow physics. I have tried every possible combination of mesh size and boundary/initial conditions, but I keep on getting the error message "Unable to find consistent initial values" after running the simulation for several hours.

Please help me with this.

Thank you in advance
