Error in evaluating variable Jacobian

Hello everyone,

I 'm using comsol V4.1a.
I'm trying to do the dynamic analysis of a beam with piezoelectric patch, but I am having the following error:

Failed to evaluate variable Jacobian.
- Variable: mat.cE22
- Geometry: 1
- Domain: 1 3

How to fix such problem?
