COULD NOT INITIALIZE 3D

DEAR Fellows
I have installed COMSOL 4.0 on window 7 but after installation an error occurred first time"could not initialize 3D"
but all the features are properly installed.
On solving 3D problem I have proceded following steps

1)3D
2)JOULE HEATING
3)STATIONARY
But i can"t find geomtry for parameters 3D.
