Simulation of inductive coupling / crosstalks in AC/DC module

Hi COMSOL users

I am currently investigating inductive coupling issues inside an IC package, i.e., inductive couplings between bonding wires, traces in PCBs, etc..

Can any pioneer people suggest any whitepapers, demo examples or weblinks?
