Simulation RO seperatio with COMSOL 4.1

Hi guys,
I started learning COMSOL like 2 months ago and I intended to use COMSOL to simulate the RO separation process. However, the result is either is able to converge or I do not see any accumulation of salt on the membrane (something we expected). I have attached my file here. Is there anyone able to take a look and tell me where I went wrong?
