generating a report through Matlab

I have been having trouble generating reports through Matlab. I have created and exported a report in the COMSOL GUI and it works fine. If I then save the model as an m-file and then try to recreate the model and report through livelink to Matlab it will not insert any pictures into the report. Has anyone else encountered this problem?
