Designing a blood analyser

Hi there,
I am a new user of COMSOL Multiphysics 4.a. I want to simulate a system where blood particles pass through a microchannel and the electrodes on the both side of the channel will track the particles with the change of the electrical impedance.
But I don't know which physics should I add to simulate this problem?
Can anyone suggest me what should I simulate ? The fluid flowing part or the electrical sensing part?
