Simulation

Hi, my question is not about specific software simulation, but related to the capability for certain module.

What I'm researching is around the SAW device sensor technology, and I want to analyse how the single atom layer membrane affect the whole system. Despite the fact that there are several approaches to simplify the single atom layer into a continuum bulk membrane, which is available to set up in this system, I still want to know whether this several angstroms layer could be effectively calculated during the simulation in COMSOL.

Besides, I just wonder if there is a 3-dimensional model for SAW sensor device, and I would really appreciate your help if you could give me some guidance and provide me some example like that.

Looking forward to hearing from you!
