avoided 2783 inverted elements by using linear geometry shape order

Hello all;
when i start running my i get this massage what it should mean and how i can avoid this error?

Hi

it emasn that your mesh "quality" is poor and that when COMSOL tries to fit 2nd order (by default) shape functions ontpo your mesh certain mesh elements are so badly shaped that it cannot use higher order shape elements, so it reverts, locally, to linear shape functions, tis means you will loose resolution in the regions where it happens.

The only way out is to improve your mesh, make it more symmetric (to fit into a spere not a looong elogated rugby ball) or to make your mesh smaller, or to try to use the mesh refiner (there is one you can turn on in the solver sequence, at least in v4)

You can plot "h" hte everage mesh size, or the mesh quality (have forgotten what the variable is called it's somewhere in the doc)
