Problem with particles trajectories for fluid flow

I performed a microchannels simulation with high flow rates. then I added the particles tracing for fluid flow physics. then I set up the dinamic study with a step of 0.0001s. However, some particles have an inconsistent trajectories. (i've attached an image of the problem) Does anyone know how I can solve this problem?
