The inlet condition in the plasma module

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Dear all,

I am using the DC plasma module to model a certain discharge. I recently wanted to use the inlet condition in one of my simulations. But the problem is that I always get 'Inconsistent Initial values'. For testing I tried a lot of initial values but none of them have worked. I even made very simple simulations just for testing, it didn't work either.

I am wondering if anyone else is having the same problem I am having, does any one have a such problem??

Hi M. Saadeh,

I am simulating nitrogen plasma using dc discharge physics of plasma module (in DBD reactor). I am also having same problem, i.e. getting message "inconsistent initial values and simulation could not converged in last step". I was wondering whether you got solution to your problem and could you please let me know how to solve this problem.

I would like to thank you in advance.

Looking forward to hear from you.

Best Regards,
Bhaskar.
