Inverse Heat Conduction Problem (edited)

Hi Everyone,

I want to model a material which is excited with heat source of known power. The change in surface temperature is measured experimentally. And input thermal properties will be assumed to solve the change in temperature in COMSOL.

How can I model iteratively the forward solution in COMSOL + MATLAB to iterate the value of thermal property inputs until the difference in the calculated change in temperature and measured (experimental) change in temperature is minimal?
