About Solving ( an error from a new COMSOL user)

I have just modelled a PCM container in COMSOL. In my model, There is a PCM container around a pipe. Water enters into the pipe @350K, and i want to observe the temperature distribution. The model which I worked on it is attached.
However there is a mistake because the temperature distribution in the solution part is not avaliable.
I think that there is a problem in meshing or in the step function in the model part.
How could i compute that problem correctly? I am a new COMSOL user.. Please help me.
