building an equilibirium in chemical reaction engineering

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Hi,

I have been trying to build up an equilibirium using the comsol 4.2a chemical reaction engineering. I am adding the following reaction ca+so=caso, then when the species are generated I define their mass and charge, when I tryed to solve a very simple model, I found the resulting species concentrations similar to the initial concentrations no matter how much I chang them, which means that the model is not doing anything and there is no equilibirium in the solution. Please anyone has done this before could you help me out?

Thanks
Rehab
