contour values at different time

I am doing 2D axisymmetric time dependent study of heat transfer in solids and transport of diluted species in the same model in COMSOL 4.2a.
The transport of diluted species is plotted as contour on the model.
I want to find the values (dimension) at the contours on the model at different times.
May i know how to do it.
Right now what I am doing is I go to my contour plot, select the time and export that file to determine the values.
Since I am doing a parameter sweep, at each parameter i need to do the above step.
And this takes a hell lot of time.
May I know how can I automate it, like plot the contour values at different times and then save it in a file at a single go
