blood valve interaction

Hi,
i'm trying to create a blood valve interaction using FSI. In particular i have to simulate the movement of the leaflets of the cardiac valve during the ejection of the blood. Somebody can help me or give me some advices? I have done the 3D model but i'm not able to set the boundaries.

I am with the same problems to simulate a cardiac valve.

For now, I am trying just to simulate a 3D model using FSI of a simple tube with water.

Did you have any advance on your research?
