Show heat production in entire domain

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Hello,

I have simulated a vibrating field in a fluid, which is neighboring a solid. Now the pressure acoustics module provides the heat production in the fluid domain acpr.Q_pw and the solid mechanics module provides the heat production in the solid domain solid.Qh. Both heat productions can be shown separately. Is there a way to show the heat production for the entire domain?

Hi Boris,

You can create a variable with the same name but different definitions in different domains. Use "Update Solution" to plot this newly-defined variable without having to recompute your model.

Best,

Jeff
