Flow rate determination in 3-D

Hi,

I am working on 3-D laminar flow with time dependent via rectangle geometry.
The Comsol version involved is Comsol 3.5.

I had refer some previous forum which discussed vividly about the technique to find out flow rate over the 3-D surface by using spf.U.

However, when I try out in my Comsol 3.5, under physics > Global Equations.
It pops out the error of:

Error: 9171
Syntax error in expression
-Expression: spf.u
-variable: E

Any advice for this? Or spf.U is not meant for Comsol 3.5?
