Boundary condition

Hello, I have a question about the cfd. For example a pipe, why the outlet pressure is 0 for the boundary condition while logically the outlet pressure is atmospheric pressure?

Thanks in advance for the answer

I think the outlet pressure is 0 means the gauge pressure, not absolute pressure.
