Elastic Deformation

Hi,

I'm trying to solve elastic deformation which is

def=2/pi^2*intop(P(x,y)/sqrt((dest(x)-x)^2+(dest(y)-y)^2)))

This an EHL model and pressure is calculated from Reynold's equation and in order to implement viscoelastic effect, deformation must be obtained using that equation instead of solid mechanic multipyhsics tool.

This equation must be equalt to the result from solid mechanics. But the result shows that curve is similar but there is strange* oscillation on graphic. What could be the reason for that?

Blue curve is deformation from solid mechanic and green one is from the equation. I also wonder that if there is any way of curve fitting during calculation.

Thank you!
