Sound pressure level from fluid flow

I would like to know how to obtain the sound pressure level (SPL) at a point in a volumen in which there is a laminar flow. More specifically, the flow has been obtained in steady state and I would like to know the SPL as a function of the frequency at that point of the volume. Is there an example for it?
