Mesh error

Hi. I'm trying to model this micro turbine section that consist of the outer steel case and the internal air volume. When getting to the mesh section I got this error "A problem occurred when building mesh feature 'Free Tetrahedral 1'" Also, when setting the boundary conditions I would like to set the mass flow for the air and flue gas inlets but I cannot fins the option. I can only set it as temperature and upsetream pressure. I will appreciate any help you can provide with this. Thank you. P.S: I tried to upload the comsol file but it exceeds the size limit even when compressed.
