Out of Memory in Stationary Solver

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Hi,

I keep having issues with out of memory in stationary solver. I have tried reduced the mesh size to coarse but I am still getting the error. I tried to split the study to run the coil geometry first and do another study for frequency domain, the second study still shows this error. Is it possible that I am setting anything wrong or is there any other way to solve this problem?

I am having issue uploading the file as well. I compressed it and it's still too big to upoad.

What computer are you using (windows, linux, mac) ? How much RAM memory do you have installed ? Is anything else running alongside COMSOL when you get the error messages ? What type of model do you have ? 3D ? How many variables ? Need to look at your model to help. Clean up the model prior to uploading here to reduce the size of the model file. clear all mesh, solutions, clear history, etc. Make it small before sending upload.

I am using a Windows 10 Enterprise and I have 128GB RAM memory. Nothing else is running alongside COMSOL. I even close my browsers.
