Chemical Reaction with Catalyst

I have simulated the chemical reaction in comsol using 0D- chemical reaction engineering and I have added my 2D geometry to see the effect of geometry on percentage yield. I am working with biodiesel production from waste cooking oil by transesterfication reactions. I have added my 3 reactions but when I saw the simulation result I saw that the simulation results are much less than the experimenatl work and I think that this becasue I didn't add the catalyst (KOH) to my chemical reaction. So, how can I write the chemical reaction and adding a catalyst to it?
