2D charging/discharging Li battery simulation

Hi,

I am trying to simulate the 2D Li battery pouch cell model and trying to predict the capacities for charging/discharging. I am relying on the State-of-Charge of the anode and cathode materials provided by COMSOL, but the capacities does not match between the charging and discharging cases. I am assuming there is no loss and expecting them to be the same. Can I get help on this issue?
