Predicting %reflectance and %transmittance of 3 mm thick nanofiber layer from 0.05 mm thick nanofiber layer in COMSOL Multiphysics

I have determined %reflectance and %transmittance of 0.05 mm thick nanofiber layer in COMSOL. To reduce computational cost, I need to determine %reflectance and %transmittance of 3 mm thick nanofiber layer from 0.05 mm thick nanofiber layer. How to determine %reflectance and %transmittance of 3 mm thick nanofiber layer from 0.05 mm thick nanofiber layer in COMSOL Multiphysics using Radiative Transfer Equation?
