Time dependent analysis with Magnetic Fields (mf) and Conjugate heat transfer modules

Hi!
I'm trying to model the magnetic and electric fields and the heat generated by a coil that is powered by 2 solenoids immersed in a fluid. Since my model is not axisymmetric I use a 3D model and for the solenoids I use the Multi-turn coil domain (Comsol 4.3b). Therefore, for the field calculations I use Magnetic fields (mf) module. I combine this module with conjugate heat transfer module to see the heat dissipated and the temperature rise in the surrounding fluid.

I wish to run the model with a pulsed excitation in the coils (coil current profile takes the form of a gaussian pulse). I can run the magnetic module in frequency domain and then feed the output to the heat module and run it in time-domain.

Is there any way that I can run the whole model in the time-domain and see the transient response of temperature?

Many thanks,
Chintha.
