Problem by generating a mesh

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Hey everyone,

Firstly I want to say that I am a total beginner in COMSOL.

I got an WEY-piece and shall simulate a flow (of air) through this piece. I chose the k-omega turbulent flow physics, then imported the geometry by an .stl file and generated an physic-controlled mesh. Unfortunately I got the attached error message and I am a bit helpless.

I guess it is a problem with the model, because I can not see a mesh over every part of the model.

I wanted to attach the model too but I got an error at the try "file extension error"
So here is the file in an dropbox folder: www.dropbox.com/s/pclupnzz4lniupm/Y-WAY_875_flow_merged_2.stl

I hope anyone can help me

Best wishes
Benedikt
