Not convergence problem because of the fluid speed in heat transfer model

Dear, experts.

I try to simulate heat transfer from pipe to solid. Water flows inside the pipe with constant inlet temperature.

Pipe flow module (Non-Isothermal pipe flow) is used and flow rate is about 0.014m^3/min.

However there are error messeges that indicate "Not convergence"

If flow rate is decreased to 0.00014m^3/min, this model works well.

I coupled non-Isothermal pipe flow model and heat transfer in solid model.

What is the exact problem of my model and What is the solution?

The error messege is :
Nonlinear solver did not converge.
Maximum number of segregated iterations reached.
In segregated group 2 :
There was an error message from the linear solver.
The relative error (20) is greater than the relative to Time : 0
Last time step is not converged.
