Necessary 'boundary condition'

I am trying to develop a 2D multiphase model using level set method under laminar two phase flow. I want to impose specific boundary condition at the model boundary in terms of desired equations .It would be a great help if someone provides me a clue for the approach to such boundary condition define by mathematical conditions . I am attaching a image of my 2D model. Here upper and lower wall are moving in opposite direction and periodic flow condition on rest two vertical parallel wall so that the fluid flow can be assume to be continuous on both direction, but it did not works. What is condition should I impose on the rest two wall get the desire result?
Thanks.
