AC impedance

There is twelve (2*6) electrodes which are pricked into tissue. I have to calculate impedance of electrodes on various frequencies of obtruted VOLTAGE. Can you help me and tell me how to make parametric analyses and get the impedance graph (abs[Z] and phi [Z])
I use 3D quasi static,electric/ electric currents / time harmonic analysis, and I took advantage of symmetry and made only half of model.8 (see attachment - there are only 6 electrodes)
n.b. permitivity and electrical conduction are frequency dependent
