how to make a geometry move along in a circle

Im trying to generate a simulation the will give me a pressure profile of cylinder that moves around in a circle (not simply a rotation, but actually traversing the circumference of a circle. I have my geometry set up as shown. and I want circle2 to move around inside the larger circle. How do I express that?
