Issue with the Dynamic Help

When I start COMSOL, it seems that sometimes the dynamic help will work, and other times it won't. When it does work, the index, contents, etc shows up on clicking, while other times clicking index or contents brings up blank screen with nothing. A couple times I've restarted the computer and that got it working, but other times restarting doesn't do it. I am using the latest version of COMSOL (4.0.0.925) and have the full license and all.
