How model motion of a spherical object in a rectangular square channel with inlet flow in 3D?

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Hello.
I am trying to model a moving object which is placed in a channel [as you can see in the attached figure].
fluid flows to the channel from inlet boundary with known velocity in X direction [normal to the crossing section of channel]. the outlet boundary condition is pressure outlet, the rest of boundaries are WALL.

it is suppose that the sphere moves regarding to the fluid flow in the channel.
BUT I CAN'T SET UP required settings for ALE MOVING MESH [DEFORMED MESH]

I did a good job in 2D but when it comes to 3D the program failes.
I do appreciate if anybody can give me a useful suggestion/guide/comments/ 3D sample of modeling such cases

it is urgent somehow :)

thank you in advance
