Plasmons in Au Nanowires

We are trying to find the electric field enhancement in Au nanowires separated by 30-150 nm. I am having an issue when I run my calc in the RF Mod. It always tells me that I have a zero diagonal matrix. I am new to comsol and do not know how to fix this. I have tried to figure this out for a week. Please advise
