Hello everybody,

I am trying to simulate a piece of semiconductor under an applied bias with on top an electrolyte. This structure is similar to an ISFET but with no top electrode, nor insulating gate oxide. I am having troubles coupling the electrostatics module with the semiconductor module.

Does anybody have some experience in this type of physics coupling?
